2A14 aluminium sheet

The characteristics of 2A14 series aluminium sheets are high hardness, of which the original copper content is the highest, about 3-5%. 2A14 series aluminium sheet belongs to aviation aluminium material, which is not often used in conventional industry at present. At present, there are few factories producing 2A14 series aluminium sheets in China. The quality can not be compared with foreign countries. At present, imported aluminium sheets are mainly supplied by Korean and German manufacturers. With the development of China's aerospace industry, the production technology of 2A14 series aluminium sheet will be further improved. It can be used in situations requiring high strength and hardness (including high temperature). Aircraft heavy-duty, forging, thick plate and extrusion materials, wheels and structural components, first stage fuel tank and spacecraft parts of multi-stage rocket, truck frame and suspension system parts.

Mg: 1.2-1.8,

Zn: 0.25,

Cr: 0.1,

Ti: 0.15,

2) Application:

It is widely used in rivets, missile components, truck hub, propeller components and other structural components of aircraft structures (skin, skeleton, rib beam, partition frame, etc.).

It can be used as structural rivet whose working temperature is not more than 100 C.

3) Technical Standards and Material Status:

The national standard for aluminium sheet and strip (GB/T 3880-1998) is applicable to the unified standard for aluminium alloy sheet and strip materials.
