Applications
Widely used for easy cutting and high surface finish.with corrosion resistance, excellent high temperature performance, it can withstand 980 C high temperature.So it is widely used in energy (nuclear power, thermal power, fuel cell), industrial furnace, heating furnace, incinerator, chemical, petrochemical and other fields.
316/316L stainless steel
About 316 material:316 stainless steel by adding Mo element, the corrosion resistance, and high temperature strength has greatly improved, high temperature can reach 1200-1300 degrees, can be used in severe conditions.Corrosion resistance is better than 304 stainless steel, in pulp and paper production process has good corrosion resistance. And 316 stainless steel is also resistant to erosion of marine and corrosive industrial atmosphere.
About 316L material: 316L stainless steel has a carbon content of less than 316, which is commonly used in pulp and paper equipment heat exchangers, dyeing equipment, film washing equipment, pipelines, coastal areas outside the building materials. Corrosion resistance is better than 316 material.
310/310S stainless steel
310 stainless steel austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, because the higher percentage of chromium and nickel, 310 has much better creep strength, can continuously work under high temperature, good heat resistance.
310S stainless steel is austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel, has a good 310S stainless steel oxidation resistance, resistance Corrosive.
Because of the high percentage of chromium and nickel, which has a much better creep strength, can continue to work at high temperature, with good heat resistance.
Due to the high content of nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, high temperature resistant steel pipe is used in the manufacture of electric furnace tubes and other occasions.
The only differences for 310 310S stainless steel is the 310 stainless steel does not contain sulfur elements.What’s more,the carbon content of 310S is much lower than 310.
About 201 /202 stainless steel
201 stainless steel is the most widely used in the 200 series. Because 201 stainless steel With"acid"and "alkali resistance"and"high density", "no bubbles", "no pinhole, polishing".
201 is the choice of all kinds of "watchcase", "watchband bottom”,"decorative tubes", "industrial tubes", and a plurality of products with shallow drawing etc.
