About stainless steel strip
Stainless steel strip is simply an extension of an ultra thin stainless steel plate. A narrow and long steel plate produced mainly in order to meet the needs of industrial production of various metals or mechanical products in different industrial sectors.Actually,stainless steel is produced by stainless steel coil.Usually use the slitting machine to process it into strip,with the same usage with stainless steel coil.

Application for stainless steel strip
Usually,stainless steel strip is widely used in our daily life.A narrow and long steel plate produced mainly in order to meet the needs of industrial production of various metals or mechanical products in different industrial sectors.With same usage as stainless steel coil,the only differences between this two material is thr type.
1)Stainless steel strip is an extension of ultra thin stainless steel plate,so it’s widely used in industrial seet.
2)Because stainless steel strip thickness is thinner that other thickness,so it’s widely used to make Spring.(Like 301 grade material)
3)High temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to deformation and so on. So it is widely used in industry and construction .
4)Cold rolled steel strips have also been widely used in tractors, automobiles ,Aviation, aerospace, etc.
Packaging for stainless steel strip
Usually wooden pallet with anti-water paper,then fixed with iron sheet.This packaging is very worthy for sea freight.Or according to customers requirements.

1) silicon steel sheet
With the telecommunications industry also known as cold-rolled silicon steel thin grain oriented silicon steel strip, is used in the manufacture of various working frequency power transformer, pulse transformer, magnetic amplifier and converter core over 400Hz with grain orientation structure thickness less than 0.20mm silicon steel strip.
2) Structural steel strip
Delivery status: delivered by heat treatment (annealing, normalizing, normalizing, tempering, high temperature tempering). The steel strip can be delivered without heat treatment under the condition that all the properties meet the standard requirements. Ordinary drawing grade steel strip allows delivery without heat treatment. Cold rolled steel strips should be delivered in the condition of heat treatment (annealing, normalizing, normalizing, tempering), and delivery shall be smooth.
Usage: widely used in the automotive industry, aviation industry and other departments, the use of large quantities.
About physical properties of stainless steel strip
Stainless steel and other materials, the physical properties include the following 3 aspects: melting point, thermal expansion coefficient of thermodynamic properties such as specific heat, thermal conductivity and line, resistivity, conductivity and permeability and electromagnetic properties, and the young's modulus of elasticity, stiffness coefficient and other mechanical properties. These properties are generally considered to be inherent in stainless steel, but are also affected by temperature, degree of processing, and magnetic field strength. Usually the stainless steel and iron compared with low thermal conductivity, high electrical resistance, and thermal expansion coefficient and permeability performance depends on the crystal structure of stainless steel itself.
201 stainless steel is the most widely used in the 200 series. Because 201 stainless steel With"acid"and "alkali resistance"and"high density", "no bubbles", "no pinhole, polishing". 201 is the choice of all kinds of "watchcase", "watchband bottom”,"decorative tubes", "industrial tubes", and a plurality of products with shallow drawing etc. Compared with 201 grade,the only difference with 201 is that the Nickle contenting,and with the same applications,characteristic etc.
310/310S stainless steel
310 stainless steel austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, because the higher percentage of chromium and nickel, 310 has much better creep strength, can continuously work under high temperature, good heat resistance.
310S stainless steel is austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel, has a good 310S stainless steel oxidation resistance, resistance Corrosive.
Because of the high percentage of chromium and nickel, which has a much better creep strength, can continue to work at high temperature, with good heat resistance.
Due to the high content of nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, high temperature resistant steel pipe is used in the manufacture of electric furnace tubes and other occasions.
The only differences for 310 310S stainless steel is the 310 stainless steel does not contain sulfur elements.What’s more,the carbon content of 310S is much lower than 310.
309/309S stainless steel
309S is cutting stainless steel containing sulfur, the main requirements for cutting and surface finish high occasions. Widely used in important areas boilers, energy (nuclear power, thermal power, fuel cells), industrial furnaces, incinerators, furnaces, chemical, petrochemical, and other.
The only difference is that 309 stainless steel does not contain sulfur, and now basically produce steel 309S material. Both can be summed up as the same material.,have the same purpose.To some extent, the carbon content of 309S is lower than 309.
